Development Process To prevent mishaps and misunderstandings along the path to development Blue Ink Software has laid out a simple step-by-step process that keeps the project and everyone involved, on the same page throughout the journey. STEP ONE Upon receipt of signed proposal and one-third of the project down payment, Blue Ink Software gets started on the programming. STEP TWO This step is a constant back and forth between the programmer and designer adjusting and tweaking to perfection the details of the look-and-feel and functionality of the web site in accordance to the original proposal. STEP THREE Blue Ink Software shows the completed site to the designer and end client to confirm the project meets the standards of all parties involved according to the original proposal. Any final adjustments and tweaking to perfection are noted and completed by Blue Ink Software. Once everyone is 100% satisfied the site is ready to go live. STEP FOUR The end client and the design company sign off on the original proposal at which time the remaining balance is due. Once the signed contract and funds are received by Blue Ink Software the site goes live. STEP FIVE After the site is live any requested changes by the designer or end client will be considered an add-on and billed at a flat hourly rate. Blue Ink Software does not charge for phone calls and meetings, only actual programming time. NOTE Depending on the size and scale of the project, some projects are broken down into multiple phases. In this case, each phase is handled and billed in accordance to the individual steps mentioned above. |
