We start with getting to know the problem or solution you are looking for by listening, asking questions and brainstorming together. We understand that technology is difficult, but we want to make sure we solve it in a way that is easy for everyone to understand and use. If it isn't, we haven't done our job.
CONCEPT
Once we understand your problem, we start the concept phase which is meeting face-to-face and mapping out the game plan together. We don't start any development until everyone is on the same page and you as the client are confident in the proposed solution.
DEVELOPMENT
This is were we do our magic—design and develop your solution. We use a custom agile approach to development. We don't go away for months and then come back and say "here it is". We setup an environment where we view the progress and make adjustments together throughout the entire process.
SUPPORT
Once the solution is in place we don't leave you to handle supporting it on your own. We help you find the right technology and hosting environment. We maintain it, monitor it, enhance it, keep it updated and make sure it continues to provide the absolute best solution for you.

After having experienced the financial waste of investing in canned solutions that didn't meet our needs, and spending time researching and educating ourselves on these software products, we realized they didn't save us time or money.
We eventually sold that company and ventured down the road of developing customized web-based solutions. We develop solutions for companies who are also tired of investing time and money in a canned product that turns out to be no solution at all.
